Lubbock Auto Auction's new voice mail system allows you to call direct to any party's station.  If the party you called is not available the system allows you to call another station or leave a voice message for the person you called.  Voice mail is in operation 24 hours a day; after hour messages will be returned the following business day.

To use the new system, simply call 806-744-1443.  The voice mail will answer, and you may dial an extension number (it is not necessary to wait for announcement to finish before dialing.)  Next, you will hear "Please hold while I try that extension."  You will be transferred to voice mail if that person is unavailable.  At this point you may leave a message or dial another party's extension number.  If you hit the "#" key after a station number is will shorten your transfer time.
